Windermere Grande
This subdivision was designed to create lots that provide amenity spaces adjacent to the estate homes regardless of where they are located in the subdivision. Some of the houses are located with views of the stormwater lake and park, while others have an established tree covered berm between their house and the houses behind them. Grade changes were handled with a rock wall accented with plant material. This rock was also used for the frontage fence and entry feature, and as bench elements in the park.
